Born and bred in the Bronx, I moved to Connecticut in 1968 where I've been ever since. I was married for ten years. I have a wonderful son and four delightful grandchildren. I came out in the early eighties, fell in love with an amazing man and spent 8 years with him. Since then there have been minor romances with this boyfriend and that, but I'm happy being single and I don't have much of an urge to merge on a permanent basis. I enjoy reading, particularly about history, sociology and religiosity. I have musical talent, and I write a bit, but prefer those things as recreation. I love to travel and can't get to do it as much as I'd like, but every couple of years I trek over to Europe. QAF fascinates me because its like taking a trip down memory lane. It's almost like a bio. Each character has a trait or an experience that I can relate to, but I suppose Justin fascinates me most simply because he's the most like me when I was his age and beyond.
